Kitchen Aid stand mixer - if you can swing it budget-wise, check the paper on Thanksgiving. Last year Kohl's had the souped-up model for half off on the day after Thanksgiving! Maybe it could be an early Christmas gift?
(PS: I promise you, the budgeting will get better. I am on a strict one too, and every time I get the urge to shop - um, that would be often - I clean something or go for a walk to distract myself. It will feel reeeeeaaaallly good to save that money, pay off stuff or save for a special item, I promise.)
